I believe people, regardless of their age, culture, background or life experience, deserve unconditional positive
regard, respect and dignity. I personally bring these values to my coaching
and personal development work.
The frame of mind I set is that when there are problems, the problem is the frame of mind not
the person.
By doing this I can be compassionate and caring because while the problems are
in the person's way of talking, emoting, behaving, or in their history and
experiences -
theproblemis still not that person.
If I stepped into their shoes and experienced the same frames, I'd probably
have the same problems. So my stance is to remain non-judgmental,
supportive and to be without an agenda.
From this stand point I am able
to take my client to their next level of greatness by asking the questions that
provide them with their own newupdated/upgraded answers. All change happens
from the inside out.
I am respectful and sensitive of all ethnicities and cultures that make up the
human race. I feel privileged to be a coach, and to coach, train, facilitate and mentor people.
