What does it take to be a good candidate for coaching?
You will be psychologically sound because of what coaching is and because of how it works. Coaching is designed to awaken a person as they discover their own resources, unique talents, aptitudes and incredible possibilities. People wedded to their excuses and complaints and who hold on to bitterness will not enjoy the "optimism" of coaching.
